Visited Moody Gardens' Attractions 2025 with my family. Amongst the attractions, we liked the ICE LAND attractions - 'Christmas Around The World' featuring, 2 million pounds of ice sculptures of global landmarks, an Eiffel Tower ice slide, and Shivers' Ice Bar, as part of their 'Holiday in the Gardens' event, offering a 9-degree winter wonderland with hot chocolate and parkas for guests. Master carvers from Harbin, China, create the massive display, which includes interactive ice tunnels, which we liked the most. The Organizers have provided winter Coats with hood to all the visitors.

Moody Gardens is a beautiful place for any family. I visited the rainforest and aquarium pyramids. Both of them had beautiful exhibits and animals. It was quite busy when my group and I went, so I'd recommend going around when they open or closer to when they close. Some of the exhibits didn't feel like they had much room to move in, so it felt a little claustrophobic. I would come back though for sure!

We go to Moody Gardens every Christmas! My kids are grown now and they still love it!! Ice Land is absolutely phenomenal and the lights are beautiful to walk through afterwards! Tons of photo ops, tasty refreshments and drinks, friendly and helpful staff...couldn't ask for a better Christmas activity!

Grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Facility was very well maintained and upkept. One of my favorite things was that all the animals seemed very healthy and active. Always one of my favorite attractions. The aquarium was very enjoyable. Was very fun in the rainforest as well. Looking forward to the next trip.

Visited Moody Gardens with my girlfriend for the first time since elementary school and I truly enjoyed it. It is even better now, new tanks, layout, the details; the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Everyone there was so welcoming and kind, it just made everything feel even more special. Getting to meet Mr. Zendt, the CEO, was such an honor. You can genuinely feel how much love, determination, and commitment he has, not just for the place itself, but for the animals and their well-being. That kind of passion really shows in every part of the experience. Such a memorable visit. I’ll definitely be back way sooner this time!

Loved it. Botanical Garden was beautiful and peaceful. Aquarium was cool to go through. A little pricey but still had a good time. There are quite a few options , Garden, Aquarium, movie etc... there is a concession area and gift shop. It was very easy to get to. Employees were super friendly. Hopefully I'll get the chance to go back.

Place was amazing. The staff was super nice and friendly. We bought a day pass and checked out the Rainforest themed pyramid as well as the Aquarium one. They were amazing. We also got to check out ICE on the last day it was open, definitely worth the visit.

This place was absolutely stunning and completely worth the trip! We visited both the rainforest and the aquarium and had such a great time. The rainforest exhibit was incredible - you actually get to walk through the treetops of a big indoor rainforest display and see live birds, a sloth, fruit bats, and tons of other animals and plants. The path takes you through each layer of the rainforest, and the birds even wandered along the trails with us, happily darting by around the guests. The aquarium was just as fun, with mesmerizing jellyfish, adorable penguins and sea lions, clownfish, sharks, and an interactive stingray touch tank. The displays were wonderful. Some people complain about the price, but I’m more than happy to support a place like this and would definitely visit again!

Had a blast at Moody Gardens. My son and I took a pre‑holiday trip to Galveston because Moody Gardens was hosting their holiday displays. We went through the Ice Sculptures exhibit and did a little ice skating, which was a lot of fun. I also want to highlight how great the staff was. A security guard went out of his way to help us use our entry ticket a second time on the same day. He even signed our paper ticket to make sure we wouldn’t have any issues, even though he wasn’t completely sure of the policy. Really kind employee. I bought the “everything pass,” which made the most sense, and we were able to enjoy all the attractions. Overall, we had a really good time. The only downside was the EV charging cost—they charge about double the normal rate. If you drive an electric vehicle, make sure to charge before you go.

I truly adore this establishment. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The exhibits are enjoyable, and all the animals appear to be in excellent health and condition. We particularly enjoyed the "Dinos Alive" exhibit, where we observed animatronic dinosaurs and excavated bones in the sand. The aquarium offered a wonderful opportunity to interact with rays, and the rainforest exhibit was simply superb. I could easily spend an entire day here, and in fact, we did!
